A test-tube baby is a baby that develops from an egg which has been removed from the mother's body, fertilized, and then replaced in her womb in order that it can continue developing.
Test tube baby is a term that refers to a child that is conceived outside the women’s body by a scientific process known as In-Vitro fertilization or IVF treatment. This entire process is done in a laboratory. In this process the eggs are taken from the mother’s ovary and fertilised by the sperms from the father.
World's first test tube baby, Louise Brown was born in England in 1978. Since the first test tube baby in 1978 to recent times there have been millions of children who are born with the help of IVF treatment.
